3. We want a corruption free nation.
4. We want a pollution free nation.
5. We want a progressive nation.


These terms are quite broad and looking at the current scenario the mission seems almost impossible to achieve, and truly speaking, no "I" can make it possible, the only one who can make it possible is "We", today we need help from each and every individual to help each other achieve this goal and we have sketched out a plan for it, following which it is achievable.


As we all know, no revolution can open with an empty stomach.  So we have devised a plan, through which you can earn a significant monthly income by highlighting and promoting different social issues, news, and achievements of our country.  Yes, that is it what you have to do, and it will take only 15 to 30 minutes daily.


We need people of varied talent and from all walks of life, Professionals, students, housewife, kids, retired personalities, just anyone who has got the privilege of education and can read and write, and have a passion to do something positive for their society.


Now without wasting anymore time of yours, I would come to the topic, How it is possible to make monthly income and be socially responsible at the same time?
We are coming up with a website which will highlight different social issues prevailing in India, issues that demands an action from people, the issues which need more public awareness, people who want some kind of help or those who are underprivileged, or simply achievements of our country.


So what is your role, we have divided our team according to their interest and talent,
1.  The Hunters:  Hunters are those who have a flair for writing and who keep an eye on the issues prevailing in our society, the things happening in and around our country, the topic that needs an awareness, just anyone who wants to raise an issue or share a concern about something, or the one who wants to share the achievement of our country.  These people will find out interesting issues, stories, and news about our society or our country and write about it.
2. The Diggers: The one who will review the news, article, and issues posted by our hunters and bookmark and share these articles and stories on different social networking and bookmarking sites like Digg.com, Stumbleupon.com, Facebook.com, Technorati.com, and Orkut.com etc.


But how you will earn??? and how will it will benefit our country??
I know this question is running around in your mind, and the answer is pretty simple.

With the help of Hunters, we will find socially relevant issues that need to be addressed and with the help of Diggers, we will spread the message and make people more aware about it and gain support regarding that cause,


For example, a family's sole bread earner is suffering from a severe disease, and he does not have money for treatment, the hunters find him out and share his story on our website, and the diggers review it and find it to be genuine and they digg the story on different social networking site, just a few hundred diggs could make that story on the top of Digg.com website, and other website, as such lakhs and crores of people will read that story and a few will move forward to help, but we are not looking forward for that help, the help has already been done by the Hunters and the Diggers as they created lakhs and crores of traffic for the website which serves different advertisements (subscription to our twitter channel pays, subscription to our youtube channel pays, and visit to our website pays).

Now comes the money part:
The revenue generated through this huge traffic our website, youtube videos, and twitter following will be huge enough to be a significant amount for each of us.
Being a family and having a trust on each other, we will simply divide the income in four equal parts.  
1. For the maintenance and growth of our website, as in order to handle such a huge traffic, we will have to keep our hardware updated, and may be to provide more useful tools to our Hunters and Diggers, create different applications.  As such, 25% of the income would be dedicated to it.

2. For the Hunters and Diggers.  The hunters and diggers will have to perform this task on a daily basis, taking 15 to 30 minutes daily on internet, and because they are the one without whom this mission would be impossible, so 50% of the income would be dedicated to them, i.e., 25% for hunters and 25% for diggers.  This income would be given to them on a monthly calculation basis.  There will be some minimum qualification for each individual to enter in the Hunters and Diggers income pool.  For entering into hunter income pool, hunter's will have to come up with at least 10 qualified stories, issues, or articles in a month, and the diggers have to digg a story on the top 5 websites i.e., (digg.com, stumbleupon.com, technorati.com, facebook.com, and twitter.com) at least 22 times a month, or you can say five days a week.  Each story and submission link would be sent to an email id specified for verification and every verified entry will get equal income from the pool. i.e, suppose we have earned 1 lakh rupees in a month, and we have 20 qualified diggers and 20 qualified hunters, then per person income would be 25% of 1lakh = 25000/20=  1750 Rs. per digger. and if we have 20 qualified hunters then income for hunters would be 1250 Rs. per hunter.  Suppose some one does both ie., comes up with 10 stories and 22 diggs then he will earn 3500 Rs. (note this is just an example and income could be a lot more or lot less depending on our collaborative effort)

3. For the cause.  Next 25% of income would be reserved for the cause that we are promoting, this reserve fund would be used to help those who are in need, or may be if we collect some significant amount, we can start some service for the poor people, and ofcourse the credit for this will go to the whole Hunter and Digger community of our website.
